Add jar package under idea2018 web project

That's a tough question

The whole problem wasted me 1 One and a half hours
The first project has been wrong , The second project can run normally

step 1

stay WEB-INF Create lib Folder , And the jar Assign value to lib Under the folder

step 2

Right click on the package , And then choose Add as Library
