Oracle数据库中查询执行计划的权限

这里的执行计划是指游标中的实际执行计划。

例如对于HR用户，需要赋予以下权限：

grant SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE to HR
grant SELECT ANY DICTIONARY to HR

否则会报错如下：

Failed to access V$MYSTAT.
Please obtain read catalog privilege
from your database administrator:
grant SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE to HR
grant SELECT ANY DICTIONARY to HR
NOTE: you need to reconnect your current session 
 in order for the settings change to have an effect
