The generation of anomalies , And solve

1. Array index out of bounds exception , visit 3 Indexes , The array does not .–》 JVM There is a problem with the detection procedure ：

1.JVM Generate an exception object （ Content , reason , Location ）,

2. stay getElement Find a way , There is no way to handle exceptions （try/catch）, Throw to main Method ,–> main Method has no handling means , Keep throwing it to JVM—》 JVM Receive the exception object and do two things

1. An abnormal object （ Content , reason , Location ） Print to console ,

2. To terminate the program （ Interrupt handling ）
