Error when starting MySQL on Linux

Premise

Delete or backup /etc/lib/mysql/ A file in a directory
Restart , If it's still wrong . You can try my way
2. Error type
a.initialize specified but the data directory has files in in.Aborting
b.The innodb_system data file ‘ibdata1’ must be writable

   Carry out orders :
   mysql5.7 Later versions execute
   chmod -R 777 /var/lib/mysql
