HCIP day 3 experiment

Test requirements:

1, R2 is an ISP, and only IP addresses can be configured on it.

2, between R1-R2 is HDLC package.

3, R2-R3 is PPP encapsulation, pap authentication, R2 is the main authenticator.

4, R2-R4 is encapsulated by PPP, chap authentication, R2 is the main authenticator.

5, R1, R2, R3 build MGRE environment, only R1 IP address is fixed.

6. The intranet uses RIP to obtain routes, so PCs can access each other and the loopback of R2
