1. scene ：win10 Lower installation node after ,node -v normal ,npm -v Report errors ：

npm WARN logfile could not create logs-dir: Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'D:\Program Files\nodejs\node_cache\_logs'

2. reason ：node Insufficient directory permissions

3. Way ：

find node The installation directory , Right click Properties , Click Security , Set up users Full user control
