sql 多表更新数据非常慢

sql 10张表需要批量更新数据，以第一张表id和time作为条件，向其余9张表同id和time更新其他列数据，第一张表有500条数据，向其余几张表可能值需要一条数据更新或删除，其他表几十条数据更新，第一张表利用存储过程其余都是sql语句循环执行，非常慢。有什么办法可以执行更快呢？
