   start  ->  action(ok,error)  ->  kill  ->  end 

 2）job.properties file    -------- Must be local
    Properties profile , Parameters are provided to workflow.xml file

 3）lib Catalog                -------- Must be in HDFS On
    All related dependency packages are placed in lib Catalog  

If you want to modify workflow.xml Document and lib, You have to upload it to HDFS,job.properties The file can be modified without uploading , But it must be placed in the local directory
