登录进oracle10g的oem,想管理监听程序却总是弹出帐号密码输入页面

已经登录了OEM，想配置监听程序时，出现页面：oracle 10g网络服务管理: 主机登录用户名口令，我一般都统一密码的，试了好多次都是错误的。解决方法很简单：
控制面板－管理工具－本地安全策略－本地策略－用户权利指派－作为批处理作业登陆
加入用户，然后用该用户的帐号密码登录oracle的网络服务管理即可
