So when I set the project directory to VSCode Folder when , It is overwritten by automatic update .

Solution

1、 Download disk management tools DiskGenius, After downloading and decompressing, you can use . Innocuous and harmless , Powerful , Click on DiskGenius.exe You can open the software .

2、 Select the disk you want to restore , then 【 Tools 】—>【 Recover lost files 】

3、 Probably 10s All the lost files are recovered , Now let's select the folder that needs to be restored , Copy to the specified folder .

 Because it copies the outermost root folder ,
 And I just want it below VS Files in folder ,
 So when the copy is good VS Folder when ,
 I just clicked stop , Did not copy the entire folder .
 This technique first tells you , Prevent waiting too long .

You can see that my project folder has been found , Quickly move to another folder , Prevent from being covered again .
