Today I will introduce you a very useful tool : Golden Circle rule .
Golden Circle rule , The innermost layer is Why( Why? )、 Middle layer HOW( How do you do it? )、 Outermost layer What( What is it? )
Why , To motivate each of us to act .
Why: The innermost layer —— Why? , The reason or purpose of doing something , It can also be said to be the idea and purpose , At the strategic level ;
How: Middle layer —— How do you do it? , A plan for this purpose or idea , That is, how to do it well , It belongs to the tactical level ;
What: Outermost layer —— What is it? , What do you end up with , Or what specific things to do , This is basically the appearance of things , Mainly at the executive level .

Most people think , Or do one thing with “ From the outside to the inside ” Pattern , That is, from outside the circle to inside the circle , It's mainly about what you want to do and how to do it , Not even at all WHY On this level .

So Apple's marketing Golden Circle is like this :
Why: Everything we do , Every change is for innovation , It all starts from the user's feelings .
How: In order to achieve this goal , What innovations have we made , What kind of breakthrough .
What: Finally, we made such a mobile phone .
From what , This will trigger subsequent actions . Apple It sells more than products , More is the idea . Approved products can only be sold once , And recognize the idea , Anything is possible .
2015 year ,Facebook Founder Zuckerberg gave a Chinese speech at Tsinghua School of economics and management , His frame is like this :“ Today I want to discuss the topic of changing the world . Today I want to tell you three stories , Just three stories .”
Pay attention , These three stories are actually the Golden Circle . first floor , He said Why, Why do you want to do Facebook, Why do you want to change the world . The third level , The third story is about looking forward , Don't give up , Look straight ahead , You can be a global leader , Can improve people's lives , You can use the Internet to influence the world .

The same is true when we are developing software , It's not the product manager who says to do this , Do that need . Just do it directly . We need to take the initiative to understand why, Why do you do this , What problem are you trying to solve , Users need , Or businesses need . Is to test the idea , There is still any theoretical basis and so on . Only understand why , You just know how to use , To better achieve the goal .
