The Daluze and Ningjinbo flood storage and detention areas, also known as the depression in the middle reaches of the Fuyang River, are located east of the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and northeast of Xingtai City, Hebei Province.The depression is the largest flood detention area in Hebei Province and the third largest flood detention area in the country. It is a key flood control project in the Haihe River Basin, with a total area of ​​2,041 square kilometers.
