About The Project

This Discord bot is a work in progress and new features will be added as time passes by. This is the first release of my Discord bot and can be used. There may be some bugs so please feel free to inform me about it.

Built With

Build with Discord.py and is self-hosted on a Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu headless(server side).

Getting Started

Clone the repo. Add your bot token. And run the code. It is that simple.

Prerequisites

The command to run this in the terminal would be: python qwertybot.py

    To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Go to the channel and type '#membercount'
    2. The count is wrong

    Expected behavior The correct membercount should show up.

    Describe the bug QwertyBot shows a different membercount sometimes compared to the actual membercount or the membercount given by other bots.

    To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Go to a Discord channel where the bot has access to send messages
    2. Type '#membercount'
    3. See error

    Expected behavior The bot should give the right membercount(the membercount includes the number of bots+members)
