具体提出以下要求：
一是食品安全问题与老百姓的生命健康安全息息相关，外卖平台要把食品安全问题放在重中之重，严格依法履行好平台责任；
二是低价恶性竞争往往伴随着潜在的食品安全问题，餐饮行业要进一步规范经营秩序，严格禁止恶性竞争，更不允许低价倾销扰乱市场秩序。
三是外卖送餐平台要引以为戒，认真开展自查自纠，并举一反三，确保食品安全、低价恶意竞争等相关问题不再发生。
