Working process of machine vision system ： 

1、 The workpiece positioning detector detects that the object has moved to the center of vision close to the camera system , Send trigger pulse to image acquisition part . 

2、 The image acquisition part follows the preset program and time delay , Send start pulse to camera and lighting system respectively . 

3、 The camera stops the current scan , Restart a new frame scan , Or the camera is waiting for the start pulse to arrive , Start a frame scan when the start pulse arrives . 

4、 Turn on the exposure mechanism before the camera starts a new frame scan , Exposure time can be set in advance . 

5、 Another start pulse turns on the lighting , The light on time should match the camera's exposure time . 

6、 After the camera is exposed , Officially start scanning and outputting a frame of image . 

7、 The image acquisition part receives the analog video signal through A/D Digitize it , Or directly receive digital video data after camera digitization . 

8、 The image acquisition part stores the digital image in the memory of the processor or computer .

9、 The processor processes the image 、 analysis 、 distinguish , Obtain measurement results or logic control values .
