[Solved] Splunk: Cannot get username when all users are selected“

今天splunk 做了stargate 的代理后发现界面出现：搜索：Cannot get username when all users are selected"

而且splunk右上角的setting 等button 均不能打开，后来发现网上有解决方法：

原来splunk 官网已经有了解释：

后来请F5 team 把VIP loadbalance 的值设置成 “persistence“ ，就解决了。完美～

测试方法： 先不走stargate 代理，就没有问题，注意，要是走stargate 代理的话，SSO 也是要变的： example: https://internal.stargate.com.cn/xxx/ (SSO 解析地址)

 原因是：Splunk 希望VIP 待在同一个search head， 不要切换。
