The production process
Start the stepping motor to open and close the door by swiping the card . The screen displays specific information .

Start : First test RC522 After the data can be read , Then connect the stepping motor , Adjust to the angle of adaptation .
RC522(RFID) modular

Stepping motor and drive ULN2003
explain :

Stepper motor related
1、 Step angle :5.625 / 64 = 0.087 degree . That is, in theory , Give a pulse , The outer shaft of the motor only rotates 0.087 degree , Then if the outer shaft needs to rotate for one turn 360/0.087=4096 Pulse .
2、1 Phase excitation method : Only one coil is connected in every moment , Other rest . advantage : Simple , Low power consumption , Good accuracy . shortcoming : Small torque , It vibrates a lot , The angle of each excitation signal is the nominal angle .1 Phase excitation method :A->B->C->D.
3、2 Phase excitation method : At every moment, two coils are connected . advantage : High torque , Little vibration . shortcoming : Small torque , It vibrates a lot , The angle of each excitation signal is the nominal angle .2 Phase excitation method :AB->BC->CD->DA.
4、1-2 Phase excitation method :1 Phase and 2 Alternate conduction . advantage : High precision , Smooth operation , Every time an excitation signal is sent, rotate 1/2 Nominal angle , Called half step drive . The first two are called 4 phase 4 pat , This one is called 4 phase 8 pat .1-2 Phase excitation method :A–>AB–>B->BC->C–>CD->D–>DA.
