 Fatal error ：msa.h： There is no file or directory 
 #include <msa.h>
                 ^
 Compile interrupt .

msa.h Is with the mips Vector support related header files , It seems to be gcc 7 Only later will there be , So the general solution is to upgrade gcc, Here is how to upgrade ：
1） install devtoolset-7gcc devtoolset-7binutils

$ yum install devtoolset-7.mips64el devtoolset-7-binutils.mips64el devtoolset-7-gcc.mips64el

2） Make the new tool set effective

$ scl enable devtoolset-7 bash
