电压跟随器不要随便加

日前做了个项目,涉及到直流电压电流采集。设计时用了精密电阻进行电流低端采样,然后进入电压跟随器,然后进行高频滤波并2级放大。调试时发现误差比较大,主要是前置的电压跟随器产生的底部噪声。这个噪声虽然比较小,但是经过2级放大导致影响测量结果。发现这个问题后,直接取消了电压跟随器,然后将2级放大直接改为1级放大。
上图为电压跟随器+2级放大,中间还有RC滤波。前面的采样电阻为0.002欧姆,已经很小了,此时可以不加电压跟随器,另外如果想降低袋测电流的下限,就必须考虑放大器的偏置电压了,需要避免此偏置电压参与放大。
更改后的电路图如下,临时手画的:
设计电路时还是要提前考虑好了,不要急急慌慌出来图纸打了样板测试才发现不行,返工还得费时费力。
