**摘要：**需求规定，当发生二类中断时，RTE 不允许将此中断上下文传播到应用软件组件，最迟传播链只能到RTE层。
为啥要求这样做呢？
- 应用程序不可控，如果应用软件组件能够在中断上下文内执行，有可能会导致中断上下文的执行时间过长&
