[Delphi] different platform descriptions of borderstyles of FMX form

TFmxFormBorderStyle Definition ：

Value	Meaning
Single	Not resizable; minimize/maximize menu
None	Not resizable; no visible border line
Sizeable	Standard resizable border
ToolWindow	Similar to Single, but with a smaller caption
SizeToolWin	Similar to Sizeable, but with a smaller caption

In particular ：

1. stay IOS In the program ,None Will occupy the entire screen , Including the top status bar , If it's something else , The top status bar will be displayed .

2. stay Android In the program ,Borderstyle Properties do not control the full screen , The alternative is through theme Property settings .

open Project -> Options -> Version Info page ：

Set up  theme The attribute is TitleBar It means that the program will display normally , The top title and the top status bar are not occupied ;

Set up  theme The attribute is NoTitleBar Means that the program will be displayed in full screen , Neither the title nor the status bar at the top of the system will display .

It should be noted that different platforms have different forms of expression , It needs to be dealt with separately ！
