Consumables reimbursement process (self-purchasing)

1. Take the invoice to the condition (R117) for acceptance

2. Mobile phone ARP photos and upload invoices for verification

3.ARP consumables are put into storage (research conditions->consumables management->acceptance and storage), until the consumables administrator at the level passes

4.ARP Consumables Reimbursement Form (Comprehensive Finance->Reimbursement Management->My Reimbursement->Reimbursement Application->Consumables Expenses Reimbursement Form), the related consumables receipt in the reimbursement details, until the department head agrees

5. Prepare paper materials, print consumables reimbursement form + invoice paste + storage form + receipt form, and submit to finance

Ticket Reimbursement Process

1.ARP vote, modify information, upload

2. Generate a taxi fare reimbursement form and upload it until the department head agrees

3. Prepare paper materials, print the taxi fare reimbursement form, and the detailed bills;Paste in order and submit to finance

Travel reimbursement process

1. Print and fill out the business trip approval form (paper), and send it to the teaching secretariat for circulation until the circulation returns (note that the date of filling in the form is earlier than the date of the business trip) #two copies

2. Fill out the travel expense reimbursement form and upload it until the department head agrees

3. Print the travel expense reimbursement form, sign the travel expense reimbursement form, paste the reimbursement form, approval form, and invoice in sequence, and submit it to the finance department
