Unable to locate the program input point ucrtbase.abort on the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll

[Problem Description]
After installing RStudio on Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1, I get the error "Unable to locateProgram entry point ucrtbase.abortin dynamic link libraryapi-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dllon".

[Workaround]
1. Delete "C:\Windows\SysWOW64"api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll" file in " directory
2. Enter https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48145Download the file vc_redist.x64.exe
3. Restart after installation,Problem solved
