【问题描述】
在Windows 7 旗舰版 Service Pack 1 上安装RStudio后，运行RStudio时出现错误“无法定位程序输入点 ucrtbase.abort 于动态链接库 api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll上”。

【解决方法】
1. 删除“C:\Windows\SysWOW64”目录下的“api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll”文件
2. 进入https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48145下载文件vc_redist.x64.exe
3. 安装后重启，便可解决问题
