3dslicer importing medical image data

There are three ways to import DICOM data ：

  adopt “ menu bar ” in File Options “AddData” Import .

There are two ways to import data , The first is the folder where the imported data is located , The second is to import data files . If you import only one DICOM file , Both methods can be used ; If you import DICOM Sequence file , It is recommended to use the first method to directly read folder data . Usually , We choose “Choose Directory to Add” that will do . stay “Find Directory” Select our data folder in the interface . In addition, the second way to import data is to import nrrd file , Easier to read .

  adopt “ The toolbar ” Tool button import .

Click the leftmost icon in the red box , The following import method is the same as .

  adopt “ Initial interface ” Medium “Add Data” Button import , The other steps are the same as the first method .

After importing data , Click on Add DICOM Data, Click again Show DICOM database The file database on the right of the following figure appears , Select the data in the first box below , Finally, click on the Load Just load the data .
