Smt Mounter workflow

The working process of the mounter roughly includes the following processes ： Incoming plate pcb Plate fixing - Suction nozzle selection -feeder choice – Component pick – Component detection – Displacement positioning – Component placement and mounting — Out of the board

1. To be installed pcb The plate enters the working area of the mounter and is fixed at the predetermined position ;

2. The element passes through the feeder , According to the position set by the program , Install it at the suction position of the mounting head of the mounter

3. The mounting head moves to the suction position , Turn on the vacuum , The suction nozzle absorbs the corresponding components set by the program through negative pressure , Then the sensor is used to detect whether the element is sucked ;

4. The mounting head uses a visual recognition and positioning system , Read the component characteristics of the catalog and compare them with the extracted components （ For example, appearance 、 Size, etc ）, If not, throw the components into the waste box , If yes, calculate the central position and angle of the element ;

5. According to the set procedure , The mounting head moves to the position set by the program , Align the component center with PCB The plate mounting position points coincide ;

6. The mounting head lowers the suction nozzle to the programmed height （ The mounting height of components is set in advance in the library ）, Turn off the vacuum , Mount the components to PCB Corresponding pad ;

7. PCB After all the board components are installed , Return the suction nozzle ,pcb Transfer to the next track by track smt working procedure , So again and again , Do more pcb Plate mounting work
