China announced on the 2nd that starting from September 1, 2022, it will not be used in countries native to Togo, Eritrea, and Kiribati., the Republic of Djibouti, the Republic of Guinea, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Republic of Rwanda, the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the Republic of Mozambique, Nepal, the Republic of Sudan, the Solomon Islands, the Republic of Vanuatu, the Republic of Chad and the Central African Republic.For imported products of 98% tax items, the preferential tax rate of zero is applicable.

On December 13, 2021, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued the Tax Commission Announcement No. 8 of 2021, which applies to 98% of the tax items originating in the least developed countries.For the preferential tax rate with zero tax rate, the applicable country and implementation time will be announced separately according to the progress of the exchange of letters.

The Taxation Commission Announcement No. 8 of 2021 has a total of 8,786 tax items with a zero tax rate.
