3. The first kind of work ticket , It shall be delivered to the equipment operation and maintenance management unit one day before work （ Including information system delivery ）; Work ticket delivered by fax , The work permit procedures shall be performed after the official work ticket is delivered . The second kind of work ticket 、 The low-voltage work permit can be submitted to the work permit in advance on the day of work ;

（1） Organize your work correctly ;

（3） Before work , Carry out work tasks for team members 、 Disclosure of safety measures and notification of dangerous points , And confirm that each team member has signed ;
