Delete blank pages in word documents

1. Ctrl+A  Choose all the words
2. Ctrl+D  typeface （ Right click --【 typeface 】）
3. H （ Cancel 【 Hide text 】）

There is a division symbol

Check （ Show / Hide Paragraph markers ）

          Select the separator to delete

Line spacing is too large （ Common in tables ）

Method 1

1. Put the mouse at the beginning of the blank page
2. Right click --【 The paragraph 】

Method 2

        1. Check （ Show / Hide Paragraph markers ）

        2.   Choose Line breaks on blank pages

        3. Ctrl+D  typeface （ Right click --【 typeface 】）

        4. H （ Check 【 Hide text 】）

         notes ： The blank page is not deleted now

        5. Cancel （ Show / Hide Paragraph markers ）

  There are many carriage returns or spaces

       1.  Check （ Show / Hide Paragraph markers ）

        2.  Choose Enter or delete the space
