Sequel Pro Installation

Download from the official website  Sequel Pro  Installation package

Sequel Pro Use

First you need to connect MySQL database , Click the new button in the lower left corner

Sequel Pro  Provides 3 Kind of connection ,Standard / Socket / SSH（ This article USES the Standard Pattern ）

Provide the following information ：

• Name： Note name , Whatever the

• Host： The server IP Address

• Username： user name

• Password： password

• Database： The default connected database , Not required , If there is a clear operation, which database can be filled

• Port： Depending on the configuration （mysql The default port number during installation is 3306）

After filling in the information , Click on  Connect  Can connect .

• Add to Favorites： Store the connected information on the left  “Favorites”  bar , Convenient for next connection

• Save changes： If there is already a connection , You need to modify the connection settings , Click this option after changing

• Test Connection： Test connection , Before the formal connection, you can test whether the connection is successful

After successful linking, the following interface will be displayed

Sequel Pro Several key modules , Namely ：

• Select database

• View table structure

• Check the contents of the table

• View the relationship between two tables

• Introduction to table , Including the size of the table , Primary key and so on

• Write sql sentence , Operate the database with commands
