use XShell Connect VMWare virtual machine , It is convenient to copy and paste commands , It is not so convenient to run commands in a virtual machine

0. First use VMWare establish ubuntu18.04 server virtual machine , Reference resources How to be in VMware15 Installation on Ubuntu18.04

1. complete VMWare NAT,MVNet8 Adapter configuration , Ensure that the virtual machine and the host are under the same network segment , Reference resources xshell5 Connect linux Steps of virtual machine （NAT Mode connection ）

2. Turn off firewall

3. In virtual machine Turn on ssh service , And set the public key , Reference resources Ubuntu18.04 Turn on ssh service ,Xshell adopt ssh Remote connection ubuntu The server

   Note：systemctl enable ssh Command may fail , At this time, the system will suggest /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install enable ssh

   

4. xshell Set protocol version priority （xshell Official website ）

   

   If the protocol version priority is set to Limited to SSH1（ Don't use SSH2）, Will cause the virtual machine to SSH Version is SSH2,XShell Never connected to the virtual machine . So set it to the first option .
