Click the list page of vant3+ts+pinia tab to enter the details. The tab on the details page is highlighted in the original position, and the refresh highlight is in the first item by default

The main implementation logic is in vuex There is a variable in it , Used to determine whether it is a detail page or a list page

When clicking on details , hold tab Put into

stay onMounted Load from vuex Take it out ,  stay setup First deposit inside 0, The following judgment will go else

Click the left button on the head to set it to true
