1 . Connection of angle probe
Assemble the split angle probe with a hexagonal wrench , Check whether the installation position is accurate , Whether the assembly is firm ; The supporting steel wire rope is installed on the ring screw of the sensing section , Check whether the connection is tight . Spare after assembly .

2. How to use the angle probe
In normal use , The steel wire we are equipped with must be tied to the lifting ring above , Lower the probe .
(1). Ensure that each inclinometer is well connected with the installation accessories , Both ends of the angle probe are equipped with a guiding and positioning mechanism strictly in the same plane .
(2). When multiple angle probes are used in series , It is necessary to connect and fix a single angle probe with accessories , The installation direction of each inclinometer should be in the same plane . The installation direction should be upstream and downstream , The direction deviation should not be greater than 5°; The vertical installation deviation should be controlled within 5cm And record the installation elevation and initial inclination of each measuring point .
(3). Ensure that the inclinometer hole is vertical , The inclination of drilling hole shall be controlled within 2° within .

Two . Drilling specification requirements
Hole diameter :>=φ109mm<φ159mm The grouting treatment between the hole wall and the inclinometer pipe is required after the installation of the inclinometer probe ( Medium coarse sand can be used for drilling in soil 、 Backfilling with undisturbed soil ), During backfilling, pay attention to prevent backfill from entering the inclinometer pipe . Installation on the ground at the mouth of inclinometer pipe φ150 Flange plate , Insert the screw in advance and fix it with cement . The specification of cement table is 400*400*400( The surface height of the cement platform is 200) After installing the angle probe , Use a saw to cut a slot at the head of the inclinometer , Used to fix the instrument , Install the distribution box on the cement table , And lead the instrument connection data line to the distribution box . The measuring steel pipe should have a threading hole at the bottom , For the signal line to pass through .

1 Installation of inclinometer
(1). Use diameter 70mm ABS Inclinometer tube , Before installation, set up a support above the inclinometer hole , In order to support and hoist the inclinometer , To prevent the inclinometer pipe from falling into the hole during installation , Cause waste holes .
(2). Precautions for installation of inclinometer : First, connect the bottom cover of the inclinometer pipe with the first section of the inclinometer pipe , Cover the bottom of the pipe , Seal the connection gap with adhesive ; Inclinometer tube extension , First, on the interface diagram of the installed inclinometer pipe PVC glue , Insert the pipe joint , Then paint the nozzle of the next section of pipe PVC glue , Insert the pipe joint , Drill with a hand drill , Fix with self tapping screws of appropriate length , Lengthen section by section ; When lowering the pipe, it is mainly ensured that the direction of any pair of guide grooves of the inclinometer pipe is vertical and parallel to the installation baseline .

1. Angle probe is used in many occasions , The working and construction conditions are not exactly the same , Therefore, the methods of embedding and installation are also different , For general installation diagram, please refer to the diagram .
2. The installation direction of the instrument must be remembered during installation , Correctly distinguish positive 、 The corresponding relationship between negative value change and field monitoring direction , It is convenient for data analysis and judgment ;
3. According to the needs of the project, the initial value of the instrument should be subtracted from the formal use calculation data ( The first measured value after the installation and stabilization of the instrument is the initial value );
4 The aviation plug at the cable end of the instrument must be waterproof and sealed , No water 、 Moisture seeps into the cable 、 Inside the plug , Do not drag the cable , Ensure its reliability and safety .
