VMware partial settings

Virtualization is disabled （ Lenovo Xiaoxin ）

1. Restart the computer
2. Turn on the computer settings , Choose update and security
3. Click restore
4. Click restart now
   
5. Then you will enter a new interface , choice “ Troubleshooting ”
6. Then click Advanced Options
7. choice UEFI Firmware settings , You can enter BIOS Interface （ Or when the computer is turned on, click the appropriate shortcut key according to the computer model ）
8. adopt → Key selection configuration bar
9. adopt ↓ Key to move the cursor to Intel Virtual Technology（ take Disabled Change it to Enabled
10. 10. press return , Press again ↓ key , choice Enabled, Press enter again
11. Save in the current interface according to the shortcut keys below
12. After restarting the computer , You can see that the virtualization state has been modified

vmware Settings are grayed out （ That is, you can't operate ）

reason ： The virtual machine is in a suspended state
operation ：

1. Open the drop-down menu of the green triangle , And select shutdown
2. After the prompt box pops up , Click abort
3. Then the virtual machine can be operated
