I. Purpose
JL-8G series static current relays (hereinafter referred to as the relays) are used in motors, generators, transformers and transmission lines as overcurrent protection or overload and short-circuit starting elements of the AC circuit of the power system to give alarmssignal or clear fault.
2. Model classification and meaning

This series of relays are integrated circuit static relays; imported integrated circuits are used for operation and comparison; digital setting, using a three-position DIP switch to set the current value, wide setting range, small step difference, convenient and intuitive setting; high precision and errorSmall size, no need for calibration, fast action speed, high return coefficient, low power consumption Auxiliary power supply adopts switching power supply conversion, AC and DC universal, wide operating voltage range, simple wiring, can be stuck on 35mm standard rail, easy to install and small size.
four, technical conditions
Current setting range: 0.1~99.9A, setting step: 0.1A;
Return coefficient: overcurrent 0.90~0.95;
Setting error: average error of current setting ≤±3%, average error=(average value of 5 measurements - setting value) / setting value × power consumption: auxiliary power supply ≤ 5VA; startup power supply ≤ 1VA.
Insulation resistance: Between the live terminals of the relay to the exposed non-live terminals or the shell, measure with a megohmmeter with an open circuit voltage of 500V, and the insulation resistance is >300MΩ.
Dielectric strength: Between the live terminals of the relay exposed to the non-live terminals or the shell, it can withstand the AC voltage of 2KV╲50Hz, which lasts for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
Contact capacity: when the voltage does not exceed 250V, the long-term allowable current of the output contact is 5A;
Contact life: electrical life 105 times, mechanical life 106 times;
Operation time: ≤25ms (overcurrent 1.2 times the setting value, undercurrent 0.5 times the setting value).
Return time: ≤25ms (0.5 times the setting value for overcurrent, 1.2 times the setting value for undercurrent).
Auxiliary power supply: AC/DC 48V, 110V, 220V, please specify other voltage levels when ordering.
5. JL-8GB/13; JL-8GB/21 relay dimensions, opening dimensions and terminal diagrams

JL series static current relay (hereinafter referred to as the relay) is used as a starting element in overload and short circuit protection devices of generators, transformers and transmission lines.This relay is an integrated circuit static relay with high precision, low power consumption, fast action time, high return coefficient, intuitive and convenient setting, and wide range. After providing DC auxiliary power, it can completely replace electromagnetic current relays. The auxiliary power is converted by switching power supply., AC and DC universal, wide working range, can work reliably from 100-300v30 series electromagnetic current relays.The jl series static current relay adopts the DIP switch to set the current value, and the setting range is 0.1-99.9a. There is no need to verify the setting value to change the setting value.

This relay is a static relay, which is composed of imported integrated circuits.After the measured alternating current i~ passes through the isolation converter, the voltage ui proportional to the measured current is obtained in its secondary.After the constant value setting, rectification is performed, and the rectified pulse voltage is filtered by a filter to obtain a DC voltage uo proportional to ui.In the level detection, uo is compared with the DC reference voltage ue. If the DC voltage uo is lower than the reference voltage, the level detector outputs a positive signal to drive the outlet relay, and the relay is in the action state. On the contrary, if the DC voltage uo is higher than the reference voltageue, the level detector outputs a negative signal, and the relay is in an inactive state.
