Create synchronization tasks

# tiup cdc cli changefeed create --pd="http://XX.XX.XX.XX:2379"  --sink-uri="mysql://wang:[email protected]:3358"

fail to open MySQL connection: [CDC:ErrMySQLConnectionError]Error 1298: Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'Asia/Shanghai': Error 1298: Unknown or incorrect time zone: 'Asia/Shanghai'

Error report in execution , This is because downstream MySQL Time zone not loaded , Can pass  mysql_tzinfo_to_sql  Command to load the time zone , After loading, you can create tasks or synchronize tasks normally .  

mysql_tzinfo_to_sql /usr/share/zoneinfo | mysql -u root mysql -p

  Log in to TiCDC node , stay TiCDC Deploy the bin There is... In the catalog cdc Tools , Perform the create task
