qt-faststart installation and use

Generally, after mp4 transcoding, the meta information needs to be downloaded at the end of the video before it can be played
Use qt-faststart to solve it
This tool can be used alone without installing FFMPEG
1. Download the installation package first
https://github.com/danielgtaylor/qtfaststart
2. After decompression, cd into the installation folder

python setup.py install
