Successfully changed Splunk default URL root path

Recently in match splunk towards stargate When forwarding ,stargate Forward there only ： https://xxxx:8000/splunkui, So now there is splunk New requirements for ：

Before: https://xxxxx:8000/

After: http://splunk:8000/splunkui,
