install  WordPress  Chinese version

1.   install  WordPress.

Execute the following command , obtain  wordpress  Chinese installation package 、 Unzip and move  wordpress  To  Apache  root directory .

wget https://cn.wordpress.org/latest-zh_CN.tar.gz

tar -zxvf latest-zh_CN.tar.gz

mkdir /var/www/html/wp-blog
mv wordpress/* /var/www/html/wp-blog/



2.   initialization  wordpress.

Execute the following command , see  wp-config-sample.php  file , Copy  wp-config-sample.php  by  wp-config.php（ This document is  WordPress  Configuration file for , Contains database configuration ）, And modify the database configuration .

cat -n /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-config-sample.php

#  Get into WordPress Catalog
cd /var/www/html/wp-blog/
#  Copy template file as configuration file
cp wp-config-sample.php wp-config.php 
# database_name_here For database name
sed -i 's/database_name_here/wordpress/' /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-config.php
# username_here Is the user name of the database
sed -i 's/username_here/root/' /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-config.php
# password_here For the database login password
sed -i 's/password_here/NewPassWord1./' /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-config.php


3.   start-up  Apache  The server .

systemctl start httpd



4.&nbsp;  Browser access  http://<ECS  Public network  IP>/wp-blog/wp-admin/install.php  complete  wordpress  Initialize configuration .

5.&nbsp;  visit  http://<ECS  Public network  IP>/wp-blog/wp-admin/index.php  Sign in  WordPress  Administrative console .

Customize the site theme

WordPress  Power of function , Largely because of its good expansion and numerous themes 、 Plug in support , In general, you can go through  2  There are two ways to install .

Mode one ： Online search installation

Browser access  WordPress  Administrative console , Click appearance  >  The theme , Choose your favorite theme to install .

Mode two ： Upload the theme directly to  wordpress  The server .

a.  Browser access  https://cn.wordpress.org/themes/  Get into  WordPress  Topic list page , Click function filter , Check the menu bar in the layout column 、 Check accessibility and friendliness in the feature column 、 Check blog in the topic column , Then click apply Filter . Choose your favorite theme , Right click download , Then click Copy link address .

b.  Connect  ECS  The server , On the command line , Execute the following command , Download and install themes .

#  First of all to enter WordPress Subject catalog
cd /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-content/themes/
#  Use wget Command to download the theme selected in the previous step
wget https://downloads.wordpress.org/theme/markiter.1.5.zip
#  Use unzip Command to extract the installation package
unzip markiter.1.5.zip
#  See all the themes

c.  return  Wordpress  Administrative console , Go to the topic page , You can see  Markiter  The theme has been installed . Click enable , Application theme .

Add custom widgets

1.  Connect  ECS  The server , Execute the following command , Edit the footer file of the blog topic  footer.php（ It needs to be changed to the topic name enabled in the previous step ）.

vim /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-content/themes/markiter/footer.php



2.  In the file  </body>  Add the following code in front of the label , Click on  i  Editing . After editing, press  ESC  Exit and enter :wq  Save to exit .

3.  Browser access  http://<ECS  Public network  IP>/wp-blog/, Go to the homepage of the blog to check the effect of the component . thus , The interface settings are all completed .

install  MarkDown  plug-in unit

WordPress  The way to install plug-ins is similar to the way to install themes , Are divided into online installation and offline installation . This step mainly introduces offline installation .

1.&nbsp;  Connect  ECS  The server , Execute the following command , Get into  wordpress  Plug-in directory .

cd /var/www/html/wp-blog/wp-content/plugins/



2.&nbsp;  Execute the following command , download  MarkDown  plug-in unit .

wget https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-editormd.10.1.2.zip



3.&nbsp;  When the download is complete , Execute the following command , Unzip the installation package .

unzip wp-editormd.10.1.2.zip


4.&nbsp;  return  WordPress  Administrative console , Then click plug-ins  >  Installed plug-ins , Enable  MarkDown  plug-in unit . thus ,MarkDown  Plug in installation complete . For more plug-ins, please visit &nbsp;
