Pytorch graduate warm LR installation

1、 Command line installation

The installation method given by the author ：

$ pip install git+https://github.com/ildoonet/pytorch-gradual-warmup-lr.git

There is something wrong with my environment , Unable to install successfully . You can try installing offline .

2、 Offline installation

Click to open the project , It's really just a .py file , Create a new file directly in your own project , hold scheduler.py Just copy the content .
