【File】→【Settings】→【Editor】→【File Encodings】→【Global Encoding】、【Project Encoding】、【Default encoding for properties files】 Set to UTF-8
Set the coding format in the lower right corner of the work area as UTF-8, Like the picture on the right ：
【Appearance & Behavior】→【Appearance】→ Choose 【Override default fonts by (not recommended)】 Check box ,【Name】 Set to Microsoft Yahei
