MySQL8 Encrypting InnoDB Tablespaces

The following InnoDB tablespaces can be encrypted:

File-per-table tablespace:
- Add the ENCRYPTION = ‘Y’ option to the CREATE TABLE or ALTER TABLE statement
```
ALTER TABLE t1 ENCRYPTION = 'Y';
```
General tablespace:
- Add the ENCRYPTION = ‘Y’ option to the CREATE TABLESPACE or ALTER TABLESPACE statement
```
ALTER TABLESPACE ts1 ENCRYPTION = 'Y';
```
mysql system tablespace:
- Use the ENCRYPTION = ‘Y’ option with the ALTER TABLESPACE statement
```
ALTER TABLE mysql ENCRYPTION = 'Y';
```
