2. other IO（ except PA5 Outside ） drive / Fill with electricity = 10mA/(13 or 20) mA  
3. PA5 Fill with electricity = 10mA
Every IO Both pins can set the wake-up function
built-in 1/2 VDD LCD Bias voltage generator , Can support 4×10 Dot LCD screen
Clock source ：IHRC,ILRC And EOSC(XTAL)
For all with wake-up function IO, Both support two selectable wake-up speeds ： Normal wake-up and fast wake-up
