Anaconda Navigator stuck on loading applications

Several methods, try one by one, start with administrator privileges
1. Reinstall anaconda (a common method, but it may not solve the problem, I did not solve the problem)
2. Shut down the network (Yes, you read that right, it means disconnecting the network), I solved it by disconnecting the network
3. Update the navigator
