Responsibilities:

• ●   in the light of RingCentral Product features ( Including voice , video , Desktop sharing, etc ), Build an automated audio and video quality system , And make a test plan and evaluate the risk 、 Defect tracking and quality analysis

• ●   Responsible for the development and implementation of special optimization test scheme for audio and video quality , Include : Weak network optimization of audio and video , Sound quality and performance , Video quality and performance

• ●   Combine product features and user scenarios , Make corresponding test plan , Mining various special test requirements related to business

• ●   Introduce advanced and excellent audio and video quality testing methods and tools in the industry , Make optimization plan , And continuously improve the test quality
• And efficiency

• ●   Test and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of audio and video quality of mainstream video conferencing products in the industry , Understand its testing strategy .
• Requirements:

• ●   Bachelor degree or above in computer science ,3 At least years experience in audio and video testing or development is preferred .

• ●   Have some experience in automated testing , To the quality system 、 technological process 、 Test risk control , The definition of test category is very good
• Understanding and application of ;

• ●   Proficient in audio and video special evaluation methods 、 Audio and video codec principle , Deeply understand the evaluation standards in the audio and video field , Such as PESQ、
• POLQA、PSNR、SSIM、VMAF etc. ;

• ●   Be familiar with all or part of the following areas : Weak net 、 Tone quality 、 Picture quality 、CPU、 Memory 、 stability 、 Fluency  、 Network flow
• The amount 、 Power consumption, etc ;

• ●   Familiar with various audio and video testing tools and equipment .

• ●   Proficiency in at least one programming language is preferred , Including but not limited to C/C++、Python、Shell、JS etc. ;

• ●   Good communication skills and sense of teamwork ;
• Nice-to-have:

• ●   be familiar with WebRTC, Such as : codec , be familiar with rtp/rtcp Such as streaming media transmission protocol

• ●   Be familiar with the basic links of audio and video , Yes, acoustics 、VOIP、 Videoconferencing 、 Have some knowledge of desktop sharing and other technologies , Clear reality
