Update 3dcat real time cloud rendering V2.1.2 release

3DCAT Real time rendering cloud recently released a new v2.1.2 Version of , Let's see what updates have been made .

1.  whole UI Changes

The types that message notification center can notify are ： Charter information 、 System notification 、 Application management
