Scott+Scott律师事务所目前正在组织针对Yuga Labs的集体诉讼。该诉讼将指控Yuga错误地将Bored Ape NFT和ApeCoin（其原生以太坊代币）宣传为具有保证回报的证券产品，但在过去三个月中这些代币的价值出现暴跌。该案的原告尚未向联邦法院提出正式申诉。Scott+Scott仍处于寻找在4月至6月期间因购买Yuga支持的NFT和代币而遭受损失的原告，该律所暂时没有立即回应对此事发表评论的请求。据悉，本案的关键是法院是否判定NFT属于证券，类似于可以升值的公司股份。如果法院认定BAYC NFT及其原生代币Apecoin是证券，那么意味着Yuga Labs可能没有履行与发行证券相关的必要披露和注册义务。（Decrypt）
