Configure the rust compilation environment

To configure Rust Compile environment

• $Step1$： Make sure that MinGW-w64 Installation ;
• $Step2$： download Rust Erection sequence rustup-init.exe;
• $Step3$： Open a command window and enter the following command ：

@REM SET RUSTUP_HOME=
SET RUSTUP_DIST_SERVER=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/rust-static
SET RUSTUP_UPDATE_ROOT=https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/rust-static/rustup 
rustup-init.exe

• $Step4$： Tip the lack of Microsoft C++ build tools, Press enter to continue ;

If you will be targeting the GNU ABI or otherwise know what you are
doing then it is fine to continue installation without the build
tools, but otherwise, install the C++ build tools before proceeding.

• $Step5$： Custom installation information ：

1) Proceed with installation (default)
2) Customize installation
3) Cancel installation

• $Step6$： To configure default host triple, For other options, press enter directly to use the default ：

Default host triple?
x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

The final configuration is as follows ：

   default host triple: x86_64-pc-windows-gnu
     default toolchain: stable
               profile: default
  modify PATH variable: yes

• $Step7$： Continue the installation and wait for the installation to complete ：

1) Proceed with installation (default)
2) Customize installation
3) Cancel installation

• $Step8$： Test installation results ：

rustc -V

rustc ?.??.? (????????? ????-??-??)
