1.1 choice 32 Bits or 64 Download the right version , for example Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_0_2h.exe：

1.2 Set the environment variable , For example, the tool is installed in C:\OpenSSL-Win64, Will C:\OpenSSL-Win64\bin; Copied to the Path in

2. verification openssl The installation is valid

start E:\OPENSSL\OpenSSL-Win64\bin\openssl.exe
