This is actually very common , carelessly , I can easily become a fake worker myself , There is no end to the work of the company , Someone has to do it , But give priority to what you do , Don't do anything is fastidious .
Here it is , Let's talk about the important emergency four quadrants that we are very familiar with :

As long as the company is developing , Our work is endless , There are ten things on the to-do list , We've just finished three things, maybe five more , We need to classify tasks according to the four quadrant rule , Give priority to important and urgent things , Use your main energy to do important non urgent things , Try not to do unimportant things .
So which jobs are pseudo jobs ? Here are a few examples , Does it look familiar ?
- Those can't give the company much revenue , Can't bring value to customers “ Improve and upgrade ”. such as , Make some ineffective modifications to the product , I'll change it back in a few months , It seems to be working in full swing , In fact, it's all useless work , Wasted the company's resources .
- Many people can work more effectively by learning a new skill or method , But we have to stick to the old methods of the past , Old tools , Even by hand , Even if they know that the new working method can improve their efficiency several times , Don't change .
- Recurring problems , I know it's systematic bug Or it is caused by unreasonable design , Don't modify bug, Upgrade system , But always insist on repairing by hand , To cover up the problem , Not to fundamentally solve the problem .
- Don't pay attention to quality when making products , Don't test carefully , After going online, I have to keep mending , Always spend a lot of time and energy modifying bug And patching ,bug It's changed like wind and fire , Make others feel important , A busy look .
- When leaders assign tasks, they always pick those that are dispensable 、 ordinary 、 Don't be responsible to do , Yes, difficult 、 Avoid tasks that need to be responsible .

I think the most important thing is to clarify two points :
First , Managers should make employees stand in “ What can you do to benefit the company the most ” Work on the basis of . such , They are in endless work , Can use their brains to find those things that are most helpful to the company to do , Instead of simply dealing with the work assigned by the boss , Then make a job with the boss .
